Ian Goodenough is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant and has more than a decade of experience in accounting, real estate, and fund administration. He oversees our financial function, including all the technological infrastructure that supports the day-to-day operations of JLAM and its various investment entities.
Ian began his career in public accounting with Baker Tilly in the Washington, DC metro area, specializing in real estate engagements. Prior to joining JLAM, he worked at JP Morgan, where he supported the financial administration of several multi-billion-dollar real estate investment funds. These experiences have driven an institutional transformation of JLAM’s reporting and control infrastructure.
Ian is a native of Newark, Delaware and graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in accounting & finance.
