Meghan Kern joined the JLAM team in 2016, and since then her role has continued expanding. She leads the company’s HR department and serves as the office manager. In this capacity, she supports the executive team, coordinates all real estate settlements, and administers community architectural review processes. (Also, she is head of the Party Planning Committee.)
As someone who previously spent 17 years working in the service industry, Meghan formed many of the valued business relationships she and JLAM maintain today.
A Delaware native, Meghan also graduated from the University of Delaware. She loves all animals, particularly her two Labradors, and enjoys spending time on the beach & traveling the world.
