Regina Fletcher has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting. She is responsible for our multifamily properties, from the recording of transactions through the preparation of financial statements.
Regina began her career as a bookkeeper for Carl M. Freeman, a real estate development firm, while going to school. After getting her accounting degree, she worked for a mortgage loan servicing company where she supervised accounting staff and traded pools of mortgage loans on Wall Street. Throughout her career, she has worked for companies of all sizes, from small mom-and-pop businesses to large multinational corporations.
She is a native of Silver Spring, Maryland.
