Sherri Garyantes is responsible for establishing company policies and procedures, creating scalable infrastructure, developing marketing strategies, budgeting and managing the day-to-day operations of our management company, Windward Communities.
Working with all phases of multifamily housing, Sherri has been involved in every aspect of the industry and has trained & led successful teams of multifamily professionals. She has spent over 25 years managing a diverse portfolio including multifamily and commercial properties throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
Sherri received the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves as both board member & treasurer of the Delaware Apartment Association.
