Tom Intrieri’s responsibilities span acquisitions, asset management, and development forecasting for JLAM. He also underwrites and performs due diligence on potential acquisition targets and development opportunities for JLAM to own/operate, as well as evaluating mezzanine debt and preferred equity investments for the firm’s real estate fund.
Previously, Tom was a director at Veyron & Co. after spinning off with a group from Newmark. There, he sourced and valued acquisition opportunities within the confines of a unique financial structure. Before transitioning to real estate, he spent the first five years of his career in financial services, most recently at Cantor Fitzgerald on their High-Yield Credit Trading Desk.
Tom graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in finance. He enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time with family & friends here at the beach.
