Zachary Rhoad is responsible for leading the execution of all horizontal development activities for ongoing projects and defining systems & processes that allow our development activities to operate as efficiently as possible. Also, he has managed multiple capital development and expansion projects as a project manager/engineer.
He is a licensed professional engineer and certified PMP (Project Management Professional) who has significant experience in managing large-scale engineering & construction projects. Before joining JLAM in 2022, Zachary worked in both the Pharma/Biotech (/Merck/Jubilant Cadista/MedImmune) and Agribusiness (Perdue Farms) industries, where he led teams of engineers and contractors.
A native Marylander, Zachary is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in mechanical engineering. Alongside his wife, he enjoys fishing, hunting, boating, traveling, and supporting his kids’ various athletic and extracurricular endeavors.
