Bill has over 40 years experience investing, developing and advising on real estate transactions valued at more than $3 billion. Bill chairs JLAM’s investment committee and leverages his vast industry experience to advise the team on market dynamics and individual transactions.
After graduating from the University of Delaware, Bill spent the first ten years of his career in banking before starting full-time for his father at Jack Lingo Inc – Realtor, where he has worked ever since playing an integral role as principal investor, developer, and broker in the development of real estate across coastal Delaware. His current responsibilities include serving as the Broker of Record and managing the Rehoboth office as President of the general brokerage business.
